Explore different styles of yoga

Navasana boat pose

Ashtanga

A dynamic style that synchronises breath and movement in a set sequence of postures designed to purify and stimulate the body. Over time the practice will feel like a moving meditation. Ashtanga is highly structured, with each posture intended to be integrated in the body before moving on to the next. Classes may be led by the teacher or mysore-style where each student practises at their own pace.

Galavasana flying pigeon pose

Rocket

An invigorating style of power yoga, rooted in traditional Ashtanga with additional creative vinyasa, including postures to cultivate strength, flexibility and balance. This style of yoga is challenging yet playful and full of adaptations to suit your body and practice. You can expect arm balances, inversions and a playful vibe!

High lunge pose

Stretch & Mobility

Stretch & Mobility classes are the perfect combination of strength, flexibility and stability. This fitness based practice is designed to compliment your routine and your workouts, whilst also allowing your body the release from the day-to-day and sitting for long periods of time.

Natarajasana Dancer Pose

Vinyasa

Also known as flow yoga, this style of yoga can be slow or fast paced with a varied sequence of poses. The continued movement between postures build strength and stamina. There is a focus on synchronising movement with breath to create awareness in the body and focus in the mind.

Yoga 1:1

Private sessions provide an opportunity for a more tailored experience. Following an initial discussion, we can design a class that will help you to deepen your yoga practice. You will also have the space to ask questions, address challenges and discuss specific areas of interest.
