Elevate your yoga journey with a transformative deep dive into the practice.
Are you curious to learn more about this dynamic and invigorating practice? Sun salutations with a bit of a twist, a standing sequence to build strong foundations, seated postures and backbends to go deeper, and some playful arm balances and handstands added into the mix. Open to all levels and modifications are always welcome, however some experience with yoga is recommended.
This workshop will be led by Sammi once a month at The Dojo, Bath.

Inversions are an excellent way to cultivate balance and energise the body and mind. Going upside down releases endorphins, improves circulation, and stimulates the lymphatic system, helping to boost mood, reduce anxiety, and detoxify. Inversions are also fun to learn!
We will begin with a warm-up flow before exploring strength exercises for core and shoulder stability, alignment guidance, tips to overcome fear, and playful progressions. You will leave with practical tools to empower your practice!
This workshop will be held at The Space, Bath.
Saturday 28 June, 1130- 1330
I offer energising and light hearted yoga classes for hen parties of up to 20 students. Depending on your preferred location, this will be held at a studio fully equipped with mats and props. The class will be tailored and designed for all levels of experience.
Prices are quoted per head and include teacher rate and studio hire. A 25% deposit is required upon booking.
